Risk disclaimer

Read this before you act on anything Mael publishes.

Last updated 23 August 2026 · Mael Technologies, Inc.

The short version. Mael publishes model-generated research. It is not investment advice, it is frequently wrong, and you can lose money acting on it. Nobody at Mael Technologies, Inc. knows your finances, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

1. What Mael is

Mael is a research and information service. It applies artificial-intelligence models to publicly available market data, filings, news and other sources, and publishes the resulting analysis and forward projections to subscribers on a general, impersonal basis.

Every subscriber on a given plan sees the same analysis for the same asset. Mael does not tailor its output to any individual’s portfolio, financial situation, tax position, risk tolerance, time horizon or objectives, and it does not hold itself out as doing so.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing published by Mael is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Nothing on this site or in the product is:

  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or refrain from transacting in any security or other asset;
  • an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security in any jurisdiction;
  • a statement that any asset, strategy or product is suitable for you specifically;
  • a guarantee, warranty or assurance of any outcome, return or price.

Mael Technologies, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide personalised investment advisory services. If you want advice about your own circumstances, consult a professional who is licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy and limitations of AI projections

Mael’s projections are produced by statistical and machine-learning models. You should understand what that means in practice:

  • Projections are probabilistic, not predictions. A projection describes one modelled path among many possible ones. It will often be wrong, sometimes badly.
  • Models can be confidently incorrect. A high confidence score reflects agreement among models and depth of evidence — not a probability that the outcome occurs.
  • Models can hallucinate. AI systems can generate plausible-sounding statements that are factually wrong. We publish sources so you can check; you should check.
  • Past performance does not predict future results. This applies to the assets covered and to Mael’s own historical projection accuracy.
  • Markets can move for reasons no model has seen. Policy shocks, fraud, war, natural disaster and liquidity events are not reliably forecastable by anyone.

4. Investment risk

All investing involves risk, including the total loss of principal. Leveraged instruments, options, margin positions and digital assets carry additional and sometimes unlimited risk. Values can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested — or nothing at all.

Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose. Do not use borrowed money to act on anything published here.

5. Data sources and third parties

Mael incorporates data from third-party providers, exchanges, regulatory filings and public sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong, and Mael does not independently verify all of it. Figures shown on marketing pages of this website are illustrative samples and do not represent live market data.

Third-party content and links do not constitute an endorsement by Mael Technologies, Inc..

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their consequences. You should do your own research, consider your own circumstances, and seek independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here. By using Mael you accept that Mael Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, its output, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
