The agreement between you and Mael Technologies, Inc.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of maelkloud.com and the Mael service (together, the “Service”), operated by Mael Technologies, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Mael provides model-generated market research, analysis and forward projections on a subscription basis. The Service is informational. It does not execute trades, hold client assets, connect to brokerage accounts, or provide personalised investment advice. See our risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce the value of a paid plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single named user unless your plan expressly includes additional seats. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by Mael Technologies, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own internal or personal purposes for as long as your subscription is active.
Content you submit remains yours. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided for information and research only. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to transact in any security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection, figure or statement will prove correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mael Technologies, Inc. and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any investment loss, trading loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mael Technologies, Inc. harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your redistribution of its output.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users — with notice where practicable. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the mandatory law of your country of residence, which these terms do not remove.
